If Obito doesn't get TNJd who will take him down? Kakashi or Sasuke?

Kakashi. He seems to be meant to do it if he even has to. He will hav alot of problems because he really looks up to Obito and sees him as his friend still.

According to the way manga is going, kakashi should take down obito.

Sasuke. I believe once he finds out the truth that Obito was behind the Kyuubi attack on konoha, which lead to the Uchiha massacre he will go after Obito.

With current sasuke's arsenal he couldn't dream of taking down rinnegan obito U_U I think kakashi will take him down due to PNJ.

It's incredibly hard to say considering recent events. I'm still wondering how Sasuke is going to play back in to the story or if it's relevant to the Obito & Madara fight...

At first i believed that Naruto & Kakashi would have taken him down.... Although, he's now backed up by Madara, who was then followed by the Ninja Alliance.

I don't believe this is going to be a one man does the job scenario. I personally believe it's actually going to be a joint effort, Kish can not make the entire Ninja Alliance look fodder so that either Naruto or Sasuke can solo either of them.

In reality Sasuke can not show up and randomly fight, unless he explains himself. Which i doubt will happen.

However, like i said.. it's hard to tell how the story will pan out due to recent events.
