I disagree. Hashi doesn't have the speed feats to counter Kamui in my opinion.

His only leg to stand on is Sage Mode precog, but even then neither can touch the other, and it could even be debated that Hashi's Sage Mode Sensing isn't faster than Obito, as Naruto's Malice Sensing barely saved him multiple times.
