Kakashi had a perfect susanoo but he did have rikudo chakra but the series only says the prerequisites ems

Perfect Susanoo was originally Indra's avatar and therefore requires Indra's level of chakra, it's why DMS Kakashi was able to use it. Sasuke would need Sage chakra to achieve it and the one he used in war arc was a pre-mature version of it like full Kurama being an incomplete form of Ashura's avatar (the three heads),


I always believed Madara using PS without Sage chakra was because mastering Susanoo was his MS ability, him and Hashirama were blessed with monster chakras even for transmigrant standards. The way I see it Kishi did not give Madara any other MS ability in return for having the power to use the closest version of PS.

Sasuke had Indra's ninjutsu skill, Itachi had Indra's genjutsu skill and Madara had Indra's chakra prowess. Sasuke would not be able to unlock PS without Sage chakra hwever based on Oro's research he was eventually going to awaken Sage chakra even without Hagoromo's help. The question should be how long would it take for him to unlock Rinnegan ?

No he didn't, the real PS is what DMS Kakashi and VOTE 2 Sasuke had, if it doesn't fly, doesn't erase mountains and doesn't have the height of a titan then it's incomplete.


Sasuke's Susanoo was still just at half Kurama's level, and by Ashura standards not even full Kurama is considered his level of avatar.

Naruto needed RSM to use the equivalent of Ashura's avatar, likewise PS is supposed to be the equivalent of Indra's avatar and therefore requires sage chakra. The MS versions are incomplete forms of PS with Madara coming the closest to achieving the final one.

As long as it took him in canon. If he had PS sooner then he would've combined it w/CS instead of leg Susano'o. He unlocks PS minutes after legged Susano'o. So pretty much any Sasuke after the Kurama fusion can perform PS.

Sasuke had PS just because he didnt use it right away doesnt mean he didnt have, maybe it was not as big as Madara's PS but its still PS
