No, The chakra was able to be channeled to the core dimension, That doesn't mean its part of her dimensions.
Going by your logic, She can't return back to earth since she has no way to "sync" with the earth dimension.

Yet another hint is that sasuke could use summoning in her dimension, which indicates that earth and her dimensions are all connected.
So either way she had access to earth dimension by default.

Kamuiland is not her dimension she wasnt born there and its not the part of dimensions she gained with her power(other 5 + core).
She could get in and out if she was synced but she is not, nothing suggest she is.

Going by my logic she needs to know the 'frequency' to get in and out of kamui just like Obito needed to hack her frequency to enter her dimensions.

Kaguya's warping is much faster than Kakashi's. Her 9 tomoe rinnegan changes dimensions instantly without her even looking at her target. Kakashi has to focus on his target and the warping process takes time. Kaguya's warping is instant as shown when she warped team 7 to the lava dimension. Therefore Kaguya changes the dimension to the lava dimension and Kakashi falls into the lava and dies. You may bring up that time when Kakashi held on to the wall with a scroll and a kunai, but you'd be forgetting that the scroll eventually tore and Naruto had to catch him and Sakura.

Furthermore Kaguya has actually shown to not need food and water and to be immortal. She has been sealed inside the moon for centuries and still lived. Plus, she is the juubi after all.

Also, Kakashi can't counter infinite tsukuyomi or that massive gudoudama which Kakashi surely could not warp.

Madara reacted to Kamui. Remember when Obito pulled that bijuu chakara out of Madara and then tried to warp to Kamui's dimension, but then Madara interrupted the warping with a gudoudama? Obito and Kakashi had to resort to using double Kamui in order to warp Obito fast enough.

While you are right in that the speeds seem to vary from time to time, you must also realize that Kaguya's warping was instant and didn't require focus on a target. Go back to the chapter where Kaguya first showed up and the scene where she said "I'll finish you here and now".
