If Neji is Boruto and Himiwari uncle than is Karin the aunt?

I was talking to some people in a group I was in a while back and they explained to me why Neji was the uncle of Boruto and Himi even though he is Hinata's cousin. So would Karin be Boruto and Himi's aunt?
Apparently the people that told me this stuff about Neji being the uncle said in some Asain cultures like there's a male cousin can be an uncle and I was wondering if that applied to female cousins too.

Well, they're identical twins, meaning their genetic make up is exactly the same or very close. Genetically they're essentially the same person.

So their kids are genetically half siblings, ergo, Neji can quite literally be considered an uncle.

Neji is an uncle because he shares the same grandparents as Hinata, on the other hand Karin is a descendant of Ashura like Naruto but not close enough to be considered an aunt.

Clans are large enough for people to share almost no relation besides having a common ancestor similar to ethnic tribes. Karin is a blood relative of Boruto and Himawari but not a family relative.

No Karin isn't related to Naruto closely enough to be their aunt. Pain and Naruto are from the same clan technically but they obviously aren't related closely enough to be considered family.
An uncle shares 25-30% genetic overlap iirc. Hinata and Neji's fathers were twins. Similar genetic makeup and as such, Hinata and Neji should have perhaps over 30% overlapping genes. If we're being technical enough..Hinata and Neji are genetically siblings and as such Neji is their uncle.

Hinata is Neji's cousin both their father were identical twines and Karin is an Uzumaki not a Hyuga. Their only related by Kaguya.

Karin is just a distant relative of Naruto. unlike Neji whom is Hinata's cousin (1st degree).
In asian countries, the cousins of your parent are still called aunt/uncle. They are the 2nd degree aunts/uncles.
