If Neji does come back, who will revive him?

Naruto with his omnipotent powers -Can't, he's only been shown to create new body parts... not whole people
Sasuke will use Rinne Rebirth -Could, but won't. He doesn't give a f about Neji.
Kabuto -Can't and won't. Neji's body is gone, it was nuked by Obito's bombs in the barrier.
Sakura -Can't.
Tsunade -Can't.
Orochimaru -Edo'ing Neji is useless, he's still not alive. And Oro won't.
Neji isn't coming back- Correct.

i really like Neji but he will never come back, his death is a huge symbol, you can understand it just by looking at the manga's cover with his phoenix aura.
he died to save 2 lives and gained freedom in return for his sacrifice, it also put a real end to the bullshit of the olders and their stupid rules/curses whatever = death of the old crap and birth of the new generation with blood, suffering and crying in the battle field of course.
it's unfair but Jiraya's death had the same symbolism and they died like real heroes :NO:
