If Naruto were an Uchiha, but still had Kurama...

An Uchiha could become a Jinchuuriki if random people with no KKG were able to as well. The issue is being able to suppress Kurama. You need powerful chakra for that and an Uchiha is a good candidate.

The issue with an Uzumaki is that they could survive an extraction. At least for a longer period of time. Except Naruto. He practically died instantly.

Uzumakis thanks to their life force can survive extraction for a brief amount of time but it's inevitable that they will still die. This does not mean they better hosts than someone who is not from their clan. Let's take Bee for example. Bee cooperates with his bijuu making him a better host than other Jin's. There are also several other shinobi who were never senju or uzumaki to begin with. Just people who happen to be chosen as jinchuriki and have had seals in place but they are still capable of going berserk with their bijuu like garra for instance

This would be intresting because unlike most Uchiha Naruto would high chakra reserves even without Kurama because he would still have Kushina's Uzumaki Bloodline explained in chapter 617 and as for the extraction the WZ,Kurama, Gaara and even Sakura confirm that he was alive in chapters 662-63. Because of his Uzumaki Bloodline he'd be able to control Kurama as well and keep in mind Naruto also a high amount of chakra without Kurama as Kakashi explained during the tree climbing exercise and Rasenshuriken Training

Since Kurama would be inside of him he'd heal himself from the side effects from the MS if he was to awaken it and if he goes into KCM he'd also be able to sense negative energy and visual prowness as well, etc
