Shikamaru would of been an obvious choice if Naruto never became Hokage though he would of been pretty reluctant in become one being troublesome and all.

Shino? hmm not sure about this guy but if Shikamaru said no to being offered then I guess he'd be the next choice?

Sasuke? He wanted to become Hokage but unless he got the vote of the Daimyo and the Jonin he'd never succeed.

Sakura? I see it. She's smart and would be good with the paperwork lol.

Sai? Cold guy probably could be a danzo type if need be.

Shikamaru or Sasuke...Either one, but seeing as Sasuke wasn't thinking clearly at the time he wanted to be Hokage, I say give it to Shikamaru. Sasuke seems to like wandering more anyway.

Sasuke because hes OP.
Sakura because she's smart and decently strong.
Shikamaru because of his intellect.

I don't think any of the others have a true stake in becoming hokage.

But not in narutos class but down the line.... definitely konohamaru.

Kurama ( Everyone will Recognize him as being a Savior fighting with Naruto plus his wisdom being that old )
Sasuke ( Hed have to be a real suckup for people to like him/trust )
Sakura/Shikamaru ( Hate too say it but she probably be a candidate depends on the Leaf looking for a brawny/brainy

But really Sasuke becoming Hokage is just a pipe dream, There are specific requirements to become Hokage and he would fail them all.

It's undeniable he has the strength but his love for the Leaf is non existent once wanting to kill it's Citizens for enjoying peace his brother was the reason for.

honestly, none. Sasuke would have been like back when madara wanted to be the first hokage but i dont think enough people would trust him. and follow him, shikamaru is super smart but i dont know if he is strong enough, he would be good organising the troops but if someone like obito came up with the 9 tailed fox and wiped out most people, i cant see him taking on obito or anyone really strong like that since hes only basic jounin level, not really sanin or legendary.
Sakura and Sai, lol?

Tsunade , i have no idea how old she is and whether she is close to dying or not but maybe her? i dont understand why she stepped down and let kakashi be hokage for like 5 years anyways... why not just wait and give it directly to naruto?
