If there was a slight possibility of Sasuke somehow returning to Konoha, I think Naruto would pick him as a bodyguard. Perfect choice in my opinion.

Shikamaru as an advisor and other bodyguards probably Kiba and Shino or so. Or Kakashi - that would be a great choice as well.

I don't really see him needing body guards, Naruto is extremely OP as it is.

Out of the Konoha 11, I believe he has established his best friendship with Shikamaru. They just seem to get along and if I remember correctly they were close friends during the academy aswell. I can see Shikamaru being his right hand man/advisor, chillin with him and sorting out the political/economical stuff for Konoha, that's all he needs IMO.

Kakashi will probably end up as head jounin/anbu.
