at that time, deva path got too much damages and nagato was very tired. He didn't have enought strenght to push it away.

Imo Naruto would still win. But also, if pain hadn't used all his power up to destroy konoha and would've been able to use his power alongside the other pains then he did have a chance

deva path had hard time handling 8 tails kyuubi.
9 tails kyuubi would have murdered him but if kyuubi went to nine tails i think seal would have broken completely, since in eight tails mode, the seal was on verge of breaking.
