I put yes because I don't think it will be words alone, I don't see Saauke listening if he's winning the fight. If they're about even then it will be a draw of course. Also many fanboys count Sasuke winning by plot as a win so wouldn't this count as well? With plot it stands 4-0, without plot it's 1-0 in Sasuke's favor since only the academy fight was undisturbed from plot. Sasuke nigh have died so Kakashi intervened, Sasuke had to leave so no Gamabuta, Sasuke would have been killed so make Naruto weakened and not use Kurama.

I think they fight for awhile, Sasuke decides to let Naruto try his way for awhile but if it doesn't work then Sasuke will kill the Kages and Bijuus which is what the Last might be about.

Pretty much, but before all that ninshu indoctrination, Sasuke will get roughed up a little/lot. Before the indoctrination starts, the foe must be physically weakened; just take Juubito, his indoctrination was the most recent.
