......sealed or unsummoned naruto manages to change madara too thus bringing peace to the world by turning villains to good guys and madara returning to being how he used to be and laughing joking and being friendly with hashirama.

Wouldn't that be a fitting way for the war or and the naruto series to end.

Kishimoto needs a villain to remain villain until the end. We know Obito is not that villain.
