I would think they (Uzumaki) have the perfect bodies for it. Isn't that why Naruto's mom was brought all the way from the Land of Eddies? So she can be the host for the 9 tails. You do notice that there weren't any Senju that were jinky's, right? Only Uzumaki. If anyone would truly be able to be its host, it would ultimately be Naruto.

I dont think it will give him any Rinnegan/Sharingan techs, as I believe they are irrelevant to being the Juubi's jinky. Now, it will give him an ungodly power boost and make his rasengan so powerful, that he could carve the very earth with just one.
