Well Narutots couldn't take Hamura's spot. He only has Hago's body. Sauce is supposed to be the other half of Hago but at least shares the dojutsu in common with Hamura. I'm still sticking to my answer unless we get a scientist up in this bizznitch :L

From what I know Hago's line could still have byakugan from their great (X6 or whatever) granny Kaguya but it's not dominant in that line. I'm thinking too much into it. Shouldn't Hago have had a few descendents with byakugan then? Hamura and Hago had the same mother. 2 blonde's could still have a child with black hair if their parents had black hair and so on, the chances are just tiny.

Sasuke is built for eyes and Naruto more so on SM and RSM so Sasuke could take the Byakugan and involve it into the Tenseigan. Since you don't suffer from blindness by having the Byakugan I say Sasuke takes this.

Sasuke might be the one to awaken it, considering he is Yin like Hamura and is more of a dojutsu person. But honestly, I don't believe any of them could awaken or would want to awaken it. Tenseigan isn't a worthy attainment by trading off the Rinnegan.
