I don't know, but it is pretty silly how he is able to regenerate stuff that is only unlocked through bloodline and specific conditions.

cuz he can create base eye, since base eye is sharingan, he would create another sharingan.

He recreated both of Obito's Sharingan, and thusly recreated Obito's MS as well.

OT: He is not able to create a sharingan, he can heal people or create various parts of the body. But a Sharingan is a Doujutsu, I don't think he is able to create it create it.

Obito always had his left eye the right eye was given to him by madara when he took his rinnegan back and gave obito back his Ms sharnningan.

btw Naruto can only affect the physical, since he is yang he can only affect eyes physically like base eyes however he cannot replace spiritual eyes as that's another nature by itself. Spiritual eyes would include sharnningan, rinnegan, sharinnegan, possibly byakugan, etc. Because those are yin eyes of yin mature not physical base eyes in a sense. Which is why when kakashi lost his eye Naruto only replicated s base eye not his sharnningan.
