IMO If naruto have rinnegan he would be better rinnegan user than sasuke.

Naruto fought with every rinnegan user.he has more knowledge of rinnegan paths and hand seals than sasuke.

I already disproved this in the other thread, he won't be able actually preform the justus just because he knows about the justus.

I doubt naruto can even control the rinnegan in all honesty. Obito had a hard time and couldn't utilize it full power and he was an uchiha. Sasuke rinnegan is much stronger so naruto wouldn't be able to handle it.

Being accustomed to fighting Rinnegan techniques is not the same as being familiar with actual using Doujutsu. That said, Doujutsu seem to include a certain "instinctive" element, where one doesn't need to "understand" the eyes to actually use their power. There are plenty of examples of novice Sharingan/Rinnegan users unlocking a new technique in the heat of battle; the eyes are more of a "power" than an actual technique.

In the end, eyes are Sasuke's thing; he's a genius with them, and is probably the better candidate to master them. He's got more Yin (mental/spiritual) chakra than Naruto, so he's more of a Doujutsu-oriented guy. Likewise, Naruto is more Yang-oriented, and thus the better Sage (and probably a better Jinchuuriki).

Either of them can probably transplant the other's power and become the next Madara; however, Sasuke is the natural when it comes to eyes.

If you look at the past , Nagato had to train to master Rinnegan's 6 paths. Whereas Sasuke mastered a lot of it quickly. Eye power mastering comes from having used eye power for a long time. Sasuke has better instincts with this as he has been using it for a long time

Giving Naruto the rinnegan and saying he'd be a bigger master in it than Sasuke is like saying a plumber with limited experience can be the president of an entire country with his limited knowledge about politics and saying he'll be a better president than an incumbent whose already done good and well in that seat. Naruto would be garbage with the Rinnegan compared to Sasuke, who knows how to utilize the power in his eyes. Sasuke alone would also make a better host for the 9 Tails. He would put that beast in his place

I think this is in part that Sasuke was Indra's reincarnation and was given power by Hagoromo himself (and because Kishi is stuck on the Uchiha). If Sasuke didn't have those, I think he might have a hard time or have it harder than Nagato in utilizing the Rinnegan.
