Personally, I think Uchiha/Senju DNA is required. And sufficient mastery over the Yin/Yang Chakra is required...

I dont think he can do that. Izanagi is a derivative from COAT, which requires Uchiha and Senju/Uzumaki genes. He has the Senju/Uzumaki part, but not the Uchiha one. Even if he does, I think COAT is exclusive to SO6P.

i think he already has the ying yang chakra, because he can make a tailed beast rasengan in kyuubi mode.. all he needs is a rinnegan
