Well Naruto would be using his many clones which makes FTG even more deadly. FTG users can teleport whatever or wherever their chakra is or is connected to. Instead of kunai's, Natuto cane spread his clones around the the battlefield plus mark different places themselves as well.

A possible strategy is to have his clones spread around the enemy and throw FRStbb at a clone who FTG barrier it at a clone close to the enemy which can catch said enemy in the blast radius.

As said above FTG combined with Thousands of Clones is deadly
