If Naruto had BSM, and the Sages' Rikudou Mode, could he take the bells from Kakashi?

You mean 12 year old inexperienced Naruto? He's inexperienced so he wouldn't have the skills to beat Kakashi but he does have the 9 Bijuus to help him with strategies, he could switch with Kurama and have him beat Kakashi in a flash (his speed is compared to Minato's after all).

In the beginning of Shippuden, Nauro's base was on Chunin level and it was his plan that they used to get the bell from Kakashi so that Naruto could solo Kakashi in the bell test.

Thing is that Naruto would be a Sensor with either SM, BSM, or current mode so he would sense Kakashi's where-about plus he will have Yin Kurama and the other Bijuus to aid him with strategies. Naruto dodged Madara's attack while attacking, he would do the same with Prime Kakashi, Naruto is faster than Kakashi so would speed blitz him; KM speed alone was compared to Minato's speed and as Lee said to Sasuke in part one, it doesn't matter if your eyes can see the movements, if your body isn't fast enough to react then seeing the moves is useless and Kakashi's speed is not even on A's level let alone KM's.

Naruto could just kill him with Rasen-tbb which is too big in size and Naruto can throw more than 1, Kakashi can't even warp away one without a powerup from Naruto himself. This solos so many people in Naruto

Naruto has never countered Kamui though, Kamui was able to snap the entire Mazou's arm in the instant of a summoning. Obito's Kamui couldn't counter Madara before but with Kakashi using his eye, he was able to counter Juubi Jin Madara.

Kamui's speed > Naruto's reflexes.

And nothing you said stops him from getting fooled by the substitution jutsu. Not to mention Kakashi can use whack a mole jutsu to avoid Naruto in an instant. Kakashi uses clones too so naturally Naruto will get fooled. Once he's fooled, Kamui snipe to the head. Kakashi is too smart for Naruto. Even Naruto knows it, he said that whenever Team 7 was protected by Sasuke from I.T.
