If Naruto had a Part 3

If Naruto had a part 3, what do you think it would be about? I would see 1 of 4 possibilities.

1. It will stick to the original formula, introduce a new threat; HOWEVER... Naruto and Sasuke will not use their full power, like ever. Naruto will stick to shadow clones and rasengan and Sasuke will stick to chidori and sharingan and only on occasion would they go SM/MS.

2. War ends, world alliance is created but rebellion uprising occurs. Either Naruto/Sasuke aren't in the story or they're severely nerfed i.e maybe a chakra limiter so no massive susano'o or bijuu avatar by an enemy surprise attack.

3. An escape from hell type thing. Naruto and Sasuke die and try to escape the underworld fighting old enemies. They either die because of the natural death cycle or because Kaguya or something sent them there. (I see this as close to 0% chance but it would probably be my favorite option.)

4. Maybe one of the massive plotholes Kishimoto leaves unburried will play a part; such as Orochimaru?

Kishimoto has powered Naruto and Sasuke up so much that I can't think of any other option for a Part 3 even happening unless they're not in it or are severely nerfed.

Calling him a plot hole was far fetched, I mean more of an incompletion in a sense.

Perhaps it will mainly focus on the rookies' lives after the war, as adults (Jonins), with their own teams and stuff, there will be new Chunin Exams and so... It would be really cool.

But yeah i'd see Orochimaru coming back into the picture in a big way, Sasuke now not being lost but an active threat (not evil but a different view of how the world should be) and this 'enemy' Kaguya felt the need to make an army for. I'd also quite like to see Jashin in some form or another.

I think best bet is Edo Itachi or Tobirama someone who is all about tactics and is pretty quick in their attacks

A really mature threat would be one that naruto and sasuke cant just beat up, something slightly more political or at least more like you can't attack that person otherwise you start war/chaos like Amon in Legend of Korra.

I wanna find out what this threat Kaguya mentioned is first though. Why she felt the need to build an army of Zetsu the first time. THAT sounds interesting.
