Everything ends. That is what will happen. No Boruto, No anime, No manga.

Sasuke would return briefly to gather info about naruto’ Killer, then he’d go after him. If Naruto died ‘naturally’ Sasuke wouldn’t mourn, he’d simply regret not being able to get his rematch. He’d continue his search for kaguya and would leave the leaf in shikamaru’ or Sakura’ hands.
