I do not think the series would continue at all. Maybe there would be a spin off centering around all the friends of Naruto, the ones that might still be alive, with Konohamaru as the main character. But as for a new generation, I just think everything would end once Naruto dies. I know I would not want to watch anymore if the whole Naruto generation died.
