He should practice and experiment with Wind Style. Other than the repetitive stuff like Rasengan and Shadow Clone.

He should develop a jutsu called "Wind Style: Spiraling Blast".

It's basically a powerful spinning wind that's spears through anything. It be cool if he incorporated an mini Rasengan like thing at the tip of the jutsu.

He obviously spits it out like a Fire Ball Jutsu.

A new jutsu that isn't a rasengan variation but still incorporates it?
TBH I wouldn't mind some new jutsus too. And maybe a second nature as well

one must realize that he was training to unlock kcm when the war started, no one I know of has created brand new techniques on the fly ever in this series so it's only natural that he uses what's available to him. one thing is certain tho, if kcm and bm gave him like 30 new rasengans, in about a years time there's no telling where his jutsu potential will be, in terms of variety his potential eclipses anyone without access to all 5 elements.

Signature moves as the basis if an entire move set are common in shōnen manga. The vast majority of Luffy's attacks are Pistol variants. Ichigo pretty much only used Getsūga Tenshō. Gon uses the same 3 basic moves of Ja-janken. Natsu uses either Roar or Wing variants. I can keep going but you should see my point by now.

Don't forget Goku the Kamehameha + Spirit Bomb master. Every shounen hero has their go to move.

What's more, it's a staple of this series to only have a select few attacks. Naruto has Bijuu Dama, Rasengan, Rasen-Shuriken, Kage Bunshin while Sasuke spams Susano'o, Amaterasu, Chidori, and his S/T. Minato with FTG and Rasengan, Shikamaru and Shadow Possession, Obito with Kamui and Fire Style we saw... like twice I think, Gai and the Gates, Gaara's attacks are all Sand related, Hashirama and his Wood Style, Tsunade's Byakugou and taijutsu, Choji and Human Expansion, etc. Very few ninja are truly as dimensional as Naruto, who is an expert in taijutsu, ninjutsu, healing, sensing, possesses every element, OP genjutsu with his summons, great weapons play with Gudou Dama rods, etc.

Yea I was always hoping that Naruto would gain wind style jutsu, but Kishi sheet'd on that by making wind style rasengan/rasenshuriken. It would be nice if Naruto got more elemental attacks, hopefully a KG that uses wind or something.

While that would be cool why use a normal attack when Rasengan works for Close-Long Range combat for him?

He mastered rasengan to the point where he doesn't need to master other Jutsu. Pretty much Rasengan is at the top of the Pyramid Jutsu due to the flexibility it has with other elements Fire, Water, Wind, Earth and Lightning. It even combines with KKG based combinations and other properties with KKG being Lava and other properties being Scales, Poison, ink and sealing elements.

It would be cool to see him use Jutsu though, but it would be pretty pointless considering where he has taken the Rasengan now.
