If Naruto defeats Sasuke...

I think it will play out like this:

*Naruto returns to the village, along with Sasuke and the gang; it took him longer to come back then the other soldiers in war because he had to settle things with Sasuke.

*Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, etc. head to Tsunades place*

Tsunade: Good job bringing him here Naruto. Sasuke Uchiha I'm placing you under arrest for the crimes you've committed blah blah blah.

Naruto: But, Granny that's not f--

Tsunade: NO EXCUSES! He's a wanted criminal and an enemy to the Hidden Leaf Village! Naruto I know he was once your friend, but surely you can't overlook the evil deeds he's committed since he has left the Hidden Leaf Village

Sasuke: It's okay Naruto, This is the price I will pay for all the things I've done.

Naruto: Sasuke...

Finally, after more Talk no Jutsu, Tsunade will make Sasuke's punishment more lenient; then after some time, it'll go back to the good old days of Team Seven!

Naruto will defeat Sasuke. They will fight to the death and activate the "Rinnegan" for Sasuke (Either the real rinnegan or the 1st Son's whirlpool eyes). It will take both Sasuke and Naruto to defeat the "final boss" wether its Madara Tobi Orochimaru/Kabuto or whomever. After the war is over Sasuke will choose a woman (probably Karin) like a Bo$$ and start his own village and clan. Naruto will become Hokage OR the new Sage of Six Paths. I have no idea exactly which, he seems a good candidate for both.
