I'm still not understanding why you're assuming that Kishimoto would allow Naruto to be hit by a genjutsu he can't resist, in a fight to the death.

Anyway Naruto only had parts of the bijuu's chakra, he didn't have full bijuus at his disposal like Sasuke had.

No...it says that he could control his tailed beast completely...Not how he achieved that control. In the Manga it is even worse because he is listed alongside Hashirama and Madara. Both are obviously not Perfect Jinchuuriki, nor do they tame Bijuu power in the sense that Killer Bee does. They don't have a favorable relationship with the Tailed beasts. Which is what is needed for them to be willing to break someone out of a genjutsu.

Naruto was also stated to be in control of Kurama's Chakra when he gained KCM...But Kurama wouldn't save him from genjutsu at that point.

the gaping hole in your argument is that Naruto wasn't even in complete control of Kurama's powers when he unlocked KCM. Viz & DB statements are gospel. Your opinion is not. A jin having total control over their bijuu's powers makes them a PJ, plain and simple.
