Yanno, I don't see Naruto being hokage.. Not because he can't be, but because I see him traveling the world just as the Hermit Sage did.

This would be useless, because he needs political power to changed the current shinobi system. To traveling the world would not change anything.

Naruto will be hokage, and when he is we are probably going to see him fulfilling his promises. No, not bringing Sasuke back but all these promises hes made throughout the years to people (like fixing the Hyuga for instance)

Shikamaru has been foreshadowed to be his guide and Kishi himself said Sakura would make a good teacher to students, so maybe an assitant of sorts? Like how Shizune is to Tsunade so i see both of them having spots near Naruto the most.

Sasuke...his fate is still up in the air with me. Part of me still feels like even with the option to come back he will either be killed, remain rogue, or be joint hokage with Naruto. However, he hasn't earned anyones acknowledgement so i see that being a huge hindrance in him becoming hokage at any level.

Hinata, somehow, will become the Hyuga's new leader, Kiba will be his clans leader, Choji too etc etc

He will be allied with Gaara and all the other countries and im sure Lee will have a spot too somewhere.
