well first the village has to be repaired which could take a matter of what years? decades?
they'll both be surprised even if naruto doesn't become hokage sage mode vs mangekyou sharingan will be a good battle

nah naruto has a great ammount of stamina, he can hold on 500 kage bunshins easily..
when training with wind element he used around 1000 if im right..
so 500 shoudn't be a problem..
besides that there are loads of people who can use kage bunshin i bet..

Only if they have a high chakra amount- and it's a Jounin level Jutsu, if I remember correctly.
