If Naruto become Hokage will he choose Konohamaru or Sasuke to become his predecessor

Seeing how Konohamaru is still young, if Naruto were to suddenly die in the next couple years I think Tsunade would just take back over. From there I think it'd pass to Kakashi. The only way I could see Sasuke getting the title is if he earned some mad fame in the village during that time frame.

I think konohamaru is the same as hiruzen in the aspect of the way they are towards the village. Naruto would choose konohamaru but Sasuke becoming the hokage is absolutely his choice and his choice only. Sasuke knows what it means to be a hokage more than any of the current generation does including naruto because sasuke has learned what a kage is from the 4 greatest kage ever. Naruto would only get the position because he has saved the village and represents good, but not all good personalities make for a great leader. I think sasuke is more fit for the role and more people respect sasuke than they do naruto whose age still show from time to time. Sasuke is virtually reminiscent to Gaara somewhat a similar personality.

Technically the only thing sauske has done wrong is attack killer bee and well leaving the village but leaving the village wasn't why everyone was *****ing, leaving the village to train with orochimaru was everyone's problem. Sasuke has indirectly saved a lot of people lives. Such as killing orochimaru who would kill and has killed countless shinobi and people, killing deidara who would continue to kill and itachi who everyone thought was bad but he really is the most devoted shinobi to the cause of saving the shinobi world and protecting the village. Itachi's " reality " quote to sasuke was the perfect way to sum up how people view on things is wrong. Sasuke has saved the world from juubito along with naruto and he is going to save the world from Godara along with naruto, I think his good surely outweighs the fleeing of the village and attacking killer bee " bad " stuff.

And that's all good, but besides Team 7 no one in the village has any attachment to Sasuke. It would be like hiring a famous mercenary as president. Sure he is strong, capable in battle, and might have benefited the country plenty of times, but fact is as long as the ppl can't relate to him, or have some form of attachment to him he will always be distrusted.

If Sasuke went and became an Anbu led a slew of successful missions, became idolized by his comrades, or did something to create some visage of an outstanding shinobi that ppl would relate to then yeah I could see him becoming Hokage, but that would at least take a few years.
War accolades are great, but the ET thing was done away from any witnesses and Naruto is gonna get most of the fame for fighting Madara, so....yeah

I agree his good outweighs his bad. The problem people have with him, no one knows what he is thinking, he was always like that. Also he is a very gifted shinobi with a lot of potential.

I can agree with some of your post but only to a small extent because the whole of your post is about sasuke needing acknowledgement from others and every shinobi has taken place in this war and every shinobi would be in infinite tsukoyami if not for sasuke co-participation in stopping Juubito that amount of fame from saving the shinobi world exceeds 90% of any other shinobi fame in nv, including itachi, kakashi, onoki, hiruzen, zabuza, A, Gaara, sasori and so on. No amount of fame from any other shinobi would come close to the fame he has been given in the war vs the juubi jins. The majority of shinobi that are highly powerful and are famed got their prestige from their doings in wars such as minato, and sasori of the red sand and even the 3rd raikage and so on.


Saving the shinobi world and it being witnessed by the world puts sasuke's already fame to almost unparalleled heights.



Konoha is part of this war so there would be no need for sasuke to need some village fame when almost every shinobi in konoha is participating in this war and are seeing sasuke protect the shinobi world.
