If Naruto and Sasuke's showdown is still gonna happen will anyone help naruto

The reason i ask this is because at the moment sasuke seems to have mellowed if that makes sense cause he doesn't seem ruthless, cold and full of hate like he was when he was mopping the floor with zetsu clones before he found out about the war which may be due to the fact that even though itachi is an edo sasuke seems calm and doesn't seem like he's in a rush to kill anyone if you know what i mean and i'm sure you'll all agree when i say that the way things are at the moment with sasuke i would like to think that sasuke is beginning to have a change of heart and instead of fighting naruto and slaughtering everyone in the leaf etc he might decide that naruto means alot to him considering the fact they have alot of things in common one of those being the fact tobi ruined both their lives and because of that they suffered many hardships.

Any way onto the main point, IF naruto and sasuke are still gonna have their showdown i would like to know if the alliance which includes konoha11 will offer naruto assistance afterall itachi warned him about taking on too heavy burdens by himself and that he should allow his friends to help him because if he doesn't he could fail also itachi warned him that even though he surely has become more powerful if he carries on being arrogant in thinking he can end the war and erradicate everyones hatred by himself the power will get to his head and he could become like madara/tobi. So yeah basically what i wanna know is should naruto and sasukes showdown still happen would everyone else stay back and watch from the sidelines a bit like when naruto confronted pain by himself while sakura,hinata,shikamaru etc watched from the sidelines or will naruto give in and allow his friends to help him for the first time and before i forget, if the kages suceed in defeating madara or edo tensei ends will the kages go back them up especially if tobi decides to fight cause if tobi decides to fight who'll fight him while naruto and sasuke are fighting each other.

I agree with you its as if the story line is going towards sasuke being good again.

if naruto and sasuke dont have a epic fight i think that naruto will let sasuke help him fight tobi/madara or who ever he has to beat to end the war, he wont do it by him self.
thats the only way i really see the other villages seeing sasuke as a ally rather than a rouge ninja. just my thoughts

and if that doesn't happen then i guess kishi will make something awesome happen anyway hahaha.

They'll stay out in my opinion. The Konoha 11, sans Naruto and Sasuke obviously, aren't even on the level MS Sasuke and sage mode Naruto. See Shikaku's statement during Nagato's fight with sage mode Naruto, and Shikaku said sage mode Naruto is on another level than Shikamaru et al. and that the best teamwork is to stay out of their way.

Since then, Sasuke and Naruto have gotten significantly more powerful while the those Konoha 11 shinobi haven't really grown much, despite having their moments during the 4th Great Ninja War (e.g Chouji growing the wings without the pills).

Besides this fight's significance is about the repeating cycles in vicious ninja world and ending these vicious cycles if there is to be peace. Older son vs. younger son (of Rikudou Sennin) -> Madara vs. Hashirama -> Sasuke vs. Naruto. The Konoha 11 have no role in that.

Tobi may be a different question.
