If Naruto and Sasuke's roles were reversed in which Naruto was the one getting lost in Darkness and left the village. Do you think that Sasuke would go as far for Naruto and try to save him as Naruto did for Sasuke?

Sasuke would> Naruto because Naruto would rely on the Kyuubi's rage and Sasuke can suppress the kyuubi as long as it is not synced with Naruto and eventually Naruto would become the Kyuubi and die off. :|

Would Sasuke go through the same lengths :| No, not really Sasuke would put forth effort to get Naruto to submit by force and reasoning, but in the end Sasuke would protect the few friends that he has rather than jeopardize their lives for Naruto. Personally I believe that to be the wisest choice anyway

Yeah. If it was the same Sasuke who understood Naruto in chapter 699, then he would at least try for Naruto. Especially if this Sasuke had his family, him and Itachi would probably have long talks about "peace" similar to how Jiraiya taught Naruto about it during their time skip.

I think some people are looking at it like our original Sasuke, but in this world it'll probably be the same Sasuke who rode on his brothers back when he was cheerful and happy.

But I believe these characteristics of sasuke came to be because of his horrible childhood and the uchiha massacre. If their paths were switched during Team 7 days, with Naruto heading into darkness and Sasuke abandoning his mission of vengeance, then Sasuke would definitely do whatever it took to get "the idiot" back to the good side.

There would be no tears or hyperventilation, or emotional proclamations, but Sasuke would not give up on trying to save Naruto.

If naruto turn into darkness, sasuke will looking for naruto alone, since he knows that he is naruto's only light....
The reason is simple, without naruto begging everybody to find sasuke, i doubt there is any one beside naruto who truthly wanted to bring him back.

Sasuke and narutovare equal in determination check the entire manga u can clearly see it as far as persuasiveness itachi oro taka would beg to differ

The only difference is sasuke had development which changes and adjust his goals not his determination
