It sounds stupid but when you think about Hagoromo's chakra it's also a solid portion of the Shinju. In addition, the manga never stated there to be a limit to SPS or Rinnegan, in fact it was quite the opposite

Madara's statement may also be important because prior to that he admitted that Naruto and Sasuke sharing the same type of power with him. Maybe it's possible for their chakra to continue growing until it emulates the chakra of the Shinju.

Sasuke, as per his own statement, can probably reach immortality. Naruto cannot since his Six Paths Sage Mode doesn't have the same regenerative abilities as those with the Ten-Tails.
