May be.. May be not... it would have been 50/50 though unlike against gokages.. if hashirama couldn't subdue kyubi PS with mokuton then madara wouldn't be able to do so either and as inferior as sasuke's PS is compared to madara's with naruto boost, it surpasses madara's. So i'd side with narusasu. though those 25 wood clones may cause problems so it can go either way... As clones from naruto and enton from sasuke is a plus for them as well...

Nope they'd fail, amaterasu is absorbed, genjutsu aint working on madara, sasuke's fire style is pathetic compared to madara's so maddy either absorbs it, or use his version to overwhelm sasuke's, sasuke's chidori variants gets absorbed/dodged/blocked, sasuke's only hope is his legged susano which is waaaaay weaker than madara's PS

Moukhtun already drains chakra, so wood dragon would be a pain in the ass for them to deal with, madara's PS would shit on half kurama + sasuke's pathetic legged susano, if that does'nt do madara summons wood golem, madara already negated susano arrow with chakra rods, basically madara wins, he has either countered or has a way of countering all their moves
