I think you a missing a "g" but I am just nitpicking. While I agree, I like that move, I do not see Sasuke receiving that fan, or performing the exact same move that Madara did, but that's just my opinion.

I think Madara can only use the fan like that, because Obito used the fan as a weapon and never once used that move.
