Cooperation. Madara never wanted to follow Hashirama ideals and had other plans to obtain peace. This could happen with Sasuke unless he copperates with Naruto. If not, to end the cycle, than Naruto would have to kill Sasuke.

imo indra can be rencarnated from hyuga just like senju and uzumaki relevant case
