It was poorly developed throughout the series that wasn't meant to have any romantical theme to it, but I have to admit it is somewhat nice to see Naruto with someone that would actually reciprocate his feelings after the many years of denials and heartbreak that was wrought upon by Sakura.

(Somewhat relating to my own personal view, since I was recently cheated on and recovering from an abusive relationship, not fun.)

Naruhina wasn't really officially confirmed yet. We know that part of the movie involved Hinatas sister being kidnapped. That expains Hinatas sad faces and Narutos willingness to help.

3+ years to the readers, in the storyline of the manga it was only a few months since the event of the Pain Invasion and the recent conclusion of the War(which only lasted two days in their fictional world).
