i wouldn't be so sure, suigetsu can kill lee pretty easily if he is unaware about hydrification, sakura may be powerful but jugo is too and he could do some damage. karin is useless in combat but could heal when needed. Shikamaru is great but he isn't especially skilled as far as combat goes he's more of a tactician he could be taken out pretty quickly.

Why count karin healing but don't count sakura healing ?

Because sakura can heal as many times she wants but karin is only limted to twice a day .

Not to mention sakura destructive power is much greater than jugo's

Sakura can also heal herself and others .

Sasuke has great killing power and he could easily take out the lesser ninja pretty easily, Jugo should get trained more and suigetsu should learn more water style jutsu and karin needs to learn some form of combat because she drags down the team even thoguh he can heal good.
