First let me present you with my logic:
I saw that Naruto has the same personallity as Kushina ( and because of that he liked Sakura ) and on the other hand Hinata has same qualities and character traits as Minato ( they are both quiet,pacient,and they go slowly to their goals. They also both put their lifes in danger for their loved ones ). They complete each other,and that's why both of the couples are perfect!
And now,this is why I chose Karin:
As we all know,Sasuke inreretated his looks from Mikoto and now most people are going to think he has Fugaku's character traits (because he acted cold for most of the series),while he actualy got ,again, Mikoto's ( in fact,Itachi did too ). " Mikoto was a very gentle and kind woman, but could also be cold and strict when she needed to be. "
"When he was a child, Sasuke was very kind, loving towards his parents and older brother and respectful to his fellow clansmen as well as his teachers. When first introduced to Team Kakashi, Kakashi noticed Kakashi, Sasuke has both a superiority and an inferiority complex. However in part II Sasuke became increasingly confident in his newfound abilities. Ironically,he had no emotional build up, acting much like his older brother and only getting worked up when it involved Itachi. Later, after Itachi's deth, finding out the truth about his brother and Danzo situation Sasuke showed a somewhat more vulnerable side to himself instead of his usual coldness. This showed just how confused and torn up he was, telling his brother that he did not understand why he was spared during the massacre and apparently implying that he would have rather died as a child than have had to deal with the grief and suffering that followed. Having to live through many lies Itachi set for him, Sasuke wanted to hear the truth from Itachi himself. While his reunion with Itachi only intensified his hatred towards Konoha, Sasuke now questions all there is about shinobi, even questioning if revenge is the purpose for his life, seemingly very confused on his purpose or goal; his desire to find the answer led him to bring Orochimaru back, a feat that everyone least expected him to do. " This shows tha he isn't "cold-blooded" person (like Fugaku,who,if lived trough the same things as Sasuke would probably stay the way he was),infact he is delicat and kind by nature and was only confused by the situations sourowning him.
As for Karin she is a tsundere." She will appear tough and in control most of the time,to the point of being violent and critical, but sometimes will appear highly kind or flirtatious (only troughwards a certain person) but is still able to realisticly juge the situation she's in."
I can't say Fugaku was really a tsundere too,but I know he had a lot of verry similar moodswings : "Fugaku was very serious, hardly smiling most of the time. He also had a short temper, easily getting angry at Itachi for trying to deny an important mission in exchange for attending Sasuke's Academy initiation, and for refusing to attend an important clan meeting. He was still a very caring for his sons ,as he told Itachi despite the fact he took Konoha's side over the Uchiha's, he was proud of him and asked Itachi to protect Sasuke before letting him kill them ( Fugaku and Mikoto)."
So, in the conclution Mikoto's soft character and rather unstabile emotions are strainghten up by Fugaku's kindness troughwards her and controled due his rudness wich reduces over time due to her support. ( Sownds complicated,right? :S )
Anyway,it's the same pattern that Sasuke and Karin can fit. Now, I know he tryed to kill her when he faught Danzo,but don't forget he said "Don't move Karin"! and btw, I'm sure Mikoto and Fugaku were "rude" to each other sometimes but they seem to overcome it I hope this will happen to Sasuke and Karin. In the end,children always look for someone who resimbles to their parents in a way (it's psychologically comfirmed)
