The reason that he was injected with "Madara's will" in the first place was to make him a pawn in Madara's revival. With full mobility and a sound mind Nagato was a threat to Obito. It had nothing to do with using the Gedou Mazou, he didn't need to be injected with Chakra receivers at all.

It does not make sense what are you saying, because Madara was who awakened the Rinnegan. And Madara trained Obito all Sage technique and the Uchia technique as well.

The malnourished part is accurate. There's a difference between Obito summoning the Gedo and Nagato summoning it. And that difference is chakra. The Gedo was full of tailed beast chakra when Obito summoned it so it didn't need to take any from him. It was empty when Nagato did and that's why it stuck the rods in him and sucked his lifeforce out.
