also in itachis case wihtin tsukuyomi he had the power to manipulate time..maybe madara can do the same, as in they experience their whole lifes within that time^^and in real life its only like few minutes also i think he might connect them to the tree which would make them like zetzus

If it is just an illusion and everyone is asleep, remember, Tsukiyomi can affect perception of time. They can make those few weeks before their bodies die in the real world span a lifetime in the dream world, so it's still like they've grown old and lived full lives.

Probably. But Itachi made one second three days. A Juubi version should be able to fit tons more days in a second. The real bodies will probably die in two weeks, two weeks have billions of seconds, billions of seconds means several lifetimes. The length they'll live will make up for it.
