Oro isn't anywhere near fast enough to perform the hand seals to perform edo tensi before minato throws his kunai, ftg's, rasengans and tags him forcing oral rebirths with rasengan until oro dies even if you disagree with this itachi and the uchiha would still be in konoha and we know itachi is orochimaru kryptonite
