If Minato was alive, AND what's the difference between transfer chakra and sealing?

Imagine if Minato was alive and he saw Naruto lost the other half of Kurama, however he decides to transfer another of his Yin Chakra to let Naruto survive, then will Minato die after Yin Kurama gets extracted from him? Is that the same as transferring your chakra, or is it the same as Eight Tigrams Sealing jutsu?

But my other question is that, the manga stated Minato was going to "transfer" his chakra into Naruto, however I mean how can he transfer the whole half Kurama inside one body if he planned to give it, even though he needs a sealing jutsu to do that, right?

I mean transferring chakra is not the itself Kurama, but when you transfer your chakra, it means only your chakra or Kurama's chakra HOWEVER not the whole big monster inside you? And I asked why transferring can manipulate something so powerful and big as half Kurama inside Naruto when Minato instead transferred into Black Zetsu's body.

No he was transferring Kurama by the way and he was Edo and also had unlimited Chakra . Black Zetsu was Kaguya's will so absorbing as big as tailed beast doesnt affect it .
