If he survived the war would have not even started because of how OP he would be i mean he sealed half of the kuuybi in him imagine if he had full control over kurama. Obito, Sasuke, maybe madara they'ed be wiped clean by now honestly he would have annihilated the akatsuki. He'd be the most OP character in the narutoverse and then jiraiya would be right about his prophesy.

naruto has perfect control of the kyuubi by making friends with it and he cant even do it alone so what makes you think minato could

the only thing that minato could do to make a difference is rds but if he didnt use it back then the village would be destroyed by tobi and kurama

There would basically be no show. If minato would've survived, I doubt there would be a coup, i doubt orochimaru would attack. Which means Sasuke and Itachi wouldn't have left the villiage. The zetsu would be even more fodder if the war did begin though etc. etc.
