If minato sealed kurama as a whole with the reaper deaths seal, would that mean that the juubi would never be able to be revived again?

I was thinking about that earlier, good question.
Maybe at some point everything that is captured in the Death Seals are released including the 1st, second and 3rd Hokages and obviously the other half of Kurama.
Maybe even the part Oro that Hiruzen took. lawl

Aren't the bijuu revived after a certain amount of time, sealed or not? I'm quite sure minato said that. Kushina asked why not just seal the whole bijuu and he said, it will just be revived later on.

Edit: Nevermind, he actually permanently sealed half of Kurama's power with him.

As Minato stated, sealing completely the 9-tailed fox was conceptually & physically impossible that's why he can only seal half of it's power. Minato is so smart that he even knew the limits or capacities of the Death Reaper Seal jutsu. As to your question whether if the kyubi was completely sealed would still revive thu jubi, my guess is no. Or should it be revived somehow, I don't think that his power will still be that great, since the 9-tailed fox was being touted as the strongest amongst all the 9 bijius.
