If minato never sealed half of kurama's

Would Naruto's BM/ KM look different? I know it would be more powerful but how would it look

I believe that if he didn't do that, BM Naruto would look like the original Kyubi exactly like it does between Bee and Hachibi. The fact he decided to seal only the yang chakra of Kyubi in Naruto was to make it easier for him to control it and gives him control over vital energy like it does on Mokuton for example. I believe it's the reason why his current BM looks like this

He had the skill to seal all of kuramas chakra in naruto but didint beacause if i recall right it was to much for baby naruto to handle at once.

its just the yin yang theme for the story
naruto only got the yang chakra the first time he fought kurama and got the chakra his seal resembled the rikudo's
the second time he became friends with naruto and naruto got more yang chakra his seal resembled the rikudo's even more
when sasuke first used susano'o with his ms atsui said his chakra resembled genjutsu which is the yin element
then he got itachi's which made him have more yin chakra and his eyes are the last powerup before the rinnegan

Naruto couldnt handle all that chakra. If the Death God couldnt contain all of it, what hope did a newborn child have?

He would probably look different due to not having the excess yang chakra. He would look more lik the SO6P instead of looking like the younger son.

IMO, the reason of Kuramas current appearance is not his sealed chakra, but Narutos unknown connection to Sage.
