If Minato got his arm back?

I was just thinking if Minato didn't lost his other arm due to Obito's sage tech, then would the story changed a bit?
I mean maybe Minato could create some sealing jutsus or create a lot of badass Rasengan combination with ftg?

Will we ever see Minato use that jutsu?

Well he could have made a shadow clone to go with Naruto to fight Madara and could have sealed Madara before he revived himself. Minato speed would be what changed the story, by the time Obito got controlled by Black Zetsu and forms the seal to revive Madara, Minato would already have him sealed. At least that's how I see it since Obito was talking for a bit with Kakashi before Black Zetsu came and Minato could blitz to where Madara is.
