Yeah and Minato don't hate the Nine Tails right now after Kurama tried to kill his son. He and Kushina sacrificed their life to save Naruto, yet his relationship with the Nine Tails is starting to look really good after Naruto befriended Kurama.

Seriously it all depends on what Obito does. If he comes out of the dimension with Kakashi's eye, then I think Minato will have to fight him at least. If he turns good because of Kakashi's TnJ, then yes Minato will forgive him.
