I mean he can't really use it like Naruto does, and he probably can but we learned in Oro vs Third it's risky because for example if you create one clone half of your chakra goes to that clone. That's why in the end I think Naruto could get a famous name, just like"yellow flash" but for creating the amount of clones he can.

It's no a legitimate clone the one you have to summon in order to graduate .

I think at that point Minato would be unbeatable. Guessing his true location could be a hard task, unless you are a sensory type. Land a direct hit on him would be nearly impossible due to his speed..
