We don't know that. KA might have a weakness and most likely Shishui wasn't the first to obtain it either. Multiple people have amaterasu, susanoo, tsukuyomi. Obito has one eye, doesn't have susanoo, but can be assumed he has tsukuyomi for his "infinite tsukuyomi" plan since it seemed he wasn't trying to revive Madara. Instead of Susanoo he might have gotten Kamui as an alternative.

Besides with KA, we see Danzo having to focus his to work on Mifune, as soon as he stopped focusing it on Mifune, he went back to normal. So in a battle, would one be able to constantly focus it on the target? Also Danzo contemplated throwing away KA for Izanagi during his fight with Sasuke. His KA at that moment was already awakened.

Madara still is the strongest. KA is still genjutsu and all genjutsu have a weakness, we just don't have enough info on KA to know about it, but it's likely the Uchiha do.

Name a uchiha tech that is more OP than KA.. And danzo isnt a uchiha. You dont know to what extend shisui could use his KA.

Well considering that Shishui failed to quell the Uchiha rebellion with KA and also got his eye taken by Danzo, I'd say KA is a little overrated. I'm not saying the tech isn't OP but a master with a pebble can still beat an amateur with a sword.

I think people give Shishui too much credit for a character we know almost nothing about. He had the greatest genjutsu and he lost to Danzo....those are the 2 major facts(among a few others).

Can Shishui still hit Madara with KA on top of his PS? It's as big as a mountain, making Madara looking like an ant at that distance. I would assume that there is some range limit to his vision or KA.
