i think the senju would have revolted much sooner when the uchiha would start to be aggressive towards other clans, like madara was with oonoki and muu. his goal was not peace, it was to make everyone subservient to the uchiha. the uchiha's reign would have been a short one imo as the senju could have found tons of allies to break free of the dictatorship.
