I understand what the Thread Starting is saying now. Rikudou Madara, aside from using the power of the Juubi such as the Truth-Seeking Balls, he has used Elemental Ninjutsu, which could be accessed through his Rinnegan. Madara would not only use Jinton, but he would combine it with Senjutsu and Yin (Shadow Style).

In a way, it would be unstoppable for some who do not posses the ability to counter the Jutsu.

Dust (塵遁, Jinton; Viz "Particle Style") is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

Truth-Seeking Balls (Gudōdama) are spheres of black, malleable chakra that are comprised of at least four different nature transformations,[1] as well as natural energy,[2][3] and with complete mastery are capable of negating Ninjutsu.

Conclsion: Dust Release is inferior to the Truth-Seeking Ball if this two Jutsu were to collide.

I forgot senjutsu can be added to make jutsu stronger.

Not the planet. You obviously have no idea how big it is.

Well if the chakara is UNLIMITED then it would stand to reason that yes in fact it is possible to create one that big because no matter the size, if the only requirement is chakara, the planet is STILL FINITE. However It does not mean one would have the skill to do something like that. From what I remember it is really hard to utilize 3 natures at once.
